Ollie Osborne
Founder and Performance Director
Ollie Osborne is the Founder and Performance Director of Warrior Wellness Movement, a health and performance consultancy working with leaders, leadership teams and organisations operating under sustained pressure.
A former Royal Marines Commando and military Physical Training Instructor, Ollie’s background spans military operations, elite sport and high-performance environments where reliability, resilience and decision quality are critical. His career includes senior performance roles within professional football, including First Team Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist at Plymouth Argyle FC, alongside extensive experience supporting individuals operating in demanding and high-risk contexts.
As an athlete, Ollie represented Great Britain with the British Olympic Sailing Team and competed at national and world championship level in indoor rowing. These environments reinforced a consistent pattern that later shaped his professional focus: health is rarely managed deliberately as a performance input until capability begins to fail.
Following multiple serious injuries and two years in full-time military rehabilitation, Ollie experienced first-hand how unmanaged health undermines operational effectiveness, identity and long-term capability under pressure. That period fundamentally reframed his approach, shifting the focus from short-term performance to the protection of sustained capacity over time.
Today, Ollie leads Warrior Wellness Movement as a consultancy designed to prevent avoidable performance loss and financial risk caused by unmanaged health and sustained pressure. Delivery is structured around four core pillars: physical capability, mental resilience, nutritional foundation and leadership & support, applied through a disciplined, evidence-based framework.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary specialist team, Ollie supports individuals in key roles and organisations where the cost of sickness, stress and attrition is significant. The focus is on protecting reliability, resilience and operational capability, not delivering generic wellbeing initiatives.
Ollie operates as part of Warrior Wellness Movement’s core specialist team, delivering structured health and performance support to individuals and organisations where sustained operational capability is critical.

She is accountable for maintaining control as the consultancy grows, ensuring that priorities are clear, delivery is reliable and internal decision making is disciplined.
Since the early development of Warrior Wellness Movement, Portia has played a central role in shaping its direction. Her ability to step back from day-to-day delivery and assess the business strategically has supported key decisions around positioning, structure and long-term sustainability.

Jamie Turnbull
Performance and Resilience Specialist
Jamie Turnbull is the Performance and Resilience Specialist at Warrior Wellness Movement, bringing over 16 years of experience operating and leading in high-risk, high-pressure environments across military and corporate settings.
A former UK Special Forces operator, Jamie spent more than a decade operating at the highest level of military performance, including eight years within Tier One Special Forces. His career involved sustained exposure to complex operational pressure, responsibility and consequence, where resilience, emotional control and reliability were non-negotiable. Following military service, he transitioned into senior roles focused on organisational transformation and performance, working with government and corporate organisations including Digi2al, PA Consulting and Deloitte LLP.
Jamie’s approach is shaped by direct experience of the long-term impact of pressure on human capability. After leaving military service, he confronted significant mental health challenges arising from cumulative operational stress and unprocessed trauma. That period led to a disciplined and evidence-informed reassessment of how resilience is built, maintained and protected over time, particularly in individuals carrying sustained responsibility.
Today, Jamie specialises in strengthening resilience and psychological robustness in leaders and teams operating in complex, demanding environments. His work focuses on clarity under pressure, emotional regulation, adaptability and sustained reliability rather than short-term coping strategies. He applies structured reflective practice and cognitive tools to support individuals in maintaining stability, perspective and effectiveness during periods of stress and change.
Within Warrior Wellness Movement, Jamie operates as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team, integrating mental resilience with physical capability, nutritional foundation and leadership and support. His contribution supports the organisation’s core objective: to reduce avoidable risk, disruption and performance loss caused by unmanaged pressure and stress in key roles.
Jamie operates as part of Warrior Wellness Movement’s core specialist team, delivering structured health and performance support to individuals and organisations where sustained operational capability is critical.
Don Armand
Leadership and Mindset Specialist
Don Armand is the Leadership and Mindset Specialist at Warrior Wellness Movement, bringing senior-level leadership insight and psychological perspective to individuals and teams operating under sustained pressure.
A former international rugby player, Don competed at the highest levels of professional sport, representing the Stormers and Exeter Chiefs and earning caps for England. His career in elite sport required sustained exposure to pressure, scrutiny and performance expectation, shaping a deep understanding of identity, resilience and leadership under consequence.
Following his playing career, Don transitioned into leadership development and executive support, working closely with senior leaders across business and high-performance environments. His role is not instructional or prescriptive. He operates as a trusted confidant, providing leaders with an external, independent perspective outside the chain of command. This creates space for clarity, challenge and reflection in moments where judgement, discretion and emotional control are critical.
Don’s work focuses on leadership presence, mindset stability and identity under pressure. He supports leaders in navigating complexity, responsibility and uncertainty while maintaining consistency, perspective and effectiveness over time. His approach is grounded in lived experience and disciplined reflection rather than motivational frameworks or performance rhetoric.
Within Warrior Wellness Movement, Don operates as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team, integrating leadership and mindset with physical capability, mental resilience and nutritional foundation. His contribution supports the organisation’s overarching objective: to protect leadership effectiveness and organisational reliability in environments where pressure, responsibility and consequence are constant.
Don works exclusively at organisational level, delivering the leadership element of workshops and contributing to Employee Health and Performance Programmes designed to strengthen resilience, decision quality and team capability under pressure.
Hazel Davies
Nutritional Therapist
Hazel Davies is the Health and Nutrition Specialist at Warrior Wellness Movement, providing specialist nutritional expertise within the organisation’s health and performance consultancy framework.
With over two decades of experience across nutrition and health-related disciplines, Hazel’s work focuses on using evidence-based nutritional strategies to stabilise energy, support recovery and reduce health-related risk in individuals operating under sustained pressure. Her role ensures that nutrition is treated as a foundational input to resilience, reliability and long-term operational capability, not as an isolated intervention.
Hazel’s professional practice is grounded in a strong commitment to preventative and lifestyle-informed medicine, shaped in part by personal exposure to long-term health conditions within her family. This perspective informs a disciplined, pragmatic approach to nutrition that prioritises clarity, sustainability and measurable impact over short-term or prescriptive solutions.
Her background spans nutritional therapy, health journalism and complementary physical disciplines, allowing her to work across behavioural, physiological and lifestyle factors that influence health outcomes over time. This breadth supports a systems-based view of nutrition aligned to the wider consultancy model rather than standalone dietary advice.
Within Warrior Wellness Movement, Hazel has particular expertise in women’s health and midlife physiology, including metabolic health, energy regulation and hormonally driven transitions such as menopause. This work is especially relevant in mitigating avoidable sickness, fatigue and attrition risk in high-pressure roles.
Hazel operates as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team, integrating nutritional foundation with physical capability, mental resilience and leadership and support. The objective is to protect health as a driver of sustained operational capability, supporting both individual reliability and organisational resilience over the long term.
Hazel operates as part of Warrior Wellness Movement’s core specialist team, delivering structured health and performance support to individuals and organisations where sustained operational capability is critical.
Mark Jones
Neuro-Focused Functional Rehabilitation Specialist
Mark Jones is a Neuro-Focused Functional Rehabilitation Specialist at Warrior Wellness Movement, providing advanced rehabilitation expertise within the organisation’s health and performance consultancy framework.
With more than seventeen years of clinical experience, Mark has developed a specialised model of care dedicated to treating pain and restoring function through an approach grounded in neuroscience and human biomechanics. His work reflects a shift away from symptom management towards identifying the underlying drivers of compromised movement and physical capability.
Originally trained across physical training, exercise and sports rehabilitation, Mark has more recently focused on applied neurology, recognising that faulty movement patterns are often directed by how the brain processes and controls movement. This perspective aligns with contemporary neurological rehabilitation principles, which aim to retrain movement and improve function following nervous system disruption.
Mark integrates advanced physical therapy with tailored exercise interventions and modern treatment techniques to support durable recovery pathways rather than short-term relief. His approach is particularly relevant for individuals operating under sustained pressure where unresolved injury, persistent pain or degraded movement quality can quietly erode reliability and long-term operational capacity.
Known for a calm, analytical clinical style, Mark translates complex neurological concepts into clear, practical strategies that can be implemented within the constraints of demanding professional environments. The emphasis is on precision, education and behavioural integration so that improvements are sustainable and performance limiting factors are addressed at source.
Operating as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team, Mark aligns rehabilitation with physical capability, mental resilience, nutritional foundation and leadership & support. The objective is to protect operational capability by ensuring that pain, movement restriction and nervous system dysfunction do not evolve into avoidable performance loss for either the individual or the organisation.
Mark provides specialist rehabilitation support for Warrior Wellness Movement clients requiring advanced, highly individualised intervention, delivering a discreet mobile service directly to the client’s home or workplace.
Warrior Wellness Movement is a health, wellbeing and performance consultancy supporting professionals, business owners, leaders and organisations operating under sustained pressure.
We help people improve health, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing and performance through structured programmes, specialist support and personalised guidance.
Our belief is simple:
Health Creates Capacity. Capacity Drives Performance.
Health influences energy.
Energy influences capacity.
Capacity influences how effectively we think, lead, work, recover and perform.
When health declines, capacity declines.
When capacity declines, performance eventually follows.
Our role is to help people improve health, restore capacity and perform at their best over the long term.
WHY WE EXIST
Warrior Wellness Movement was founded by Ollie Osborne, a former Royal Marines Commando and Royal Navy Physical Training Instructor.
Following multiple injuries and a prolonged period of military rehabilitation, Ollie experienced first-hand how declining health can affect physical capability, mental resilience, confidence, performance and overall quality of life.
Like many of the professionals we support today, he appeared capable on the outside whilst privately struggling with the consequences of chronic pain, disrupted sleep, stress, declining health and reduced capacity.
The experience highlighted a reality that is often overlooked.
Many people continue to function despite deteriorating health.
They continue to show up.
Continue to work.
Continue to lead.
Continue to meet expectations.
From the outside, everything appears fine.
But beneath the surface, energy is lower than it should be. Recovery is poor. Stress continues to build. Fitness declines. Weight increases. Confidence reduces. Life gradually becomes harder than it needs to be.
For a period of time, performance can hide these problems.
Eventually, however, the cost catches up.
Warrior Wellness Movement was created to help individuals and organisations address these challenges before they become significant problems.
WHY WARRIOR WELLNESS MOVEMENT?
The name Warrior Wellness Movement reflects the origins of the business and the values that continue to shape how we work today.
Founded by a former Royal Marines Commando, the organisation was built upon lessons learned through military service, elite sport, injury, rehabilitation and rebuilding health under challenging circumstances.
For us, the word Warrior is not about military service, aggression or toughness for its own sake.
It represents resilience, responsibility, perseverance and the willingness to take action when something needs to change.
The qualities required to improve health, overcome setbacks, navigate pressure and perform at your best are not exclusive to any profession, industry or background.
They are human qualities.
Today, Warrior Wellness Movement supports men and women from a wide range of professions, industries and organisations, united by a common goal: improving health, wellbeing and performance in a sustainable way.
OUR APPROACH
We do not believe in quick fixes.
We do not believe in generic programmes.
And we do not believe health and wellbeing should be separated from performance.
Everything we do is built around helping people create sustainable improvements that support both personal and professional success.
Our approach combines expertise across health, fitness, nutrition, resilience, leadership and performance to create personalised solutions that fit around real lives, demanding careers and individual circumstances.
Whether working with an individual, a leadership team or an organisation, our focus remains the same:
Helping people perform at their best without sacrificing their health in the process.
OUR VALUES
We believe health is the foundation upon which everything else is built.
Without health, capacity declines.
Without capacity, sustainable performance becomes increasingly difficult.
We focus on sustainable outcomes rather than short term fixes.
Our objective is to help people create improvements that last.
Meaningful change requires action.
We provide expertise, guidance and support, but lasting progress comes from consistent application over time.
We hold ourselves to high standards and encourage our clients to do the same.
Not through perfection, but through continual improvement.
We value honesty, transparency and trust.
We will always provide advice and recommendations based on what is in the best interests of our clients.
