If 2026 Is Going to Be Different, What Actually Changes?

5 January 2026

It’s the first Monday back.

Inbox fuller than expected. Calendar already filling up. And the familiar feeling of momentum returning quickly.

So let me ask you something.

“How are you planning to approach 2026 from a health and performance perspective?”

Not what you’d like to do. Not what you’ve said before.

But what will genuinely be different to 2025?

Most high performers already know the answers they should give.

Train more. Sleep better. Eat properly. Look after themselves.

Yet year after year, the needle barely moves.

Why?

Because nothing actually changes at the level of daily behaviour.

So here are a few questions worth sitting with this week:

  • What lessons did 2025 teach you about your health?
  • Where did performance feel compromised?
  • What did you tolerate that you shouldn’t have?
  • And what does your resilience trajectory actually look like in 2026?

Not in theory. In practice.

This is exactly why I opened up a free 21-day online mobility course, which started today.

Not because mobility is trendy. But because it’s one of the lowest-friction, highest-return places to start.

3–5 minutes a day. 3–5 times per week. Done in your own time. At home. For all abilities.

No equipment. No pressure. No excuses.

Just something you can actually sustain.

So far, 40+ people have already joined and are inside the Warrior Wellness Movement Members Area.

They can see how the programme works from the inside and they’ll also have access to:

• Tonight’s live call with me (7pm) The High-Performance Operator: A Holistic Blueprint for Sustained Health and Performance in High-Pressure Environments

• Next Monday’s resilience workshop with Jamie Turnbull Focused on pressure, mindset and adaptability under load

• The following Monday’s nutrition workshop with Hazel Davies Practical, realistic guidance for busy professionals

This is deliberate.

It’s not just a course. It’s exposure to how we approach health and performance properly.

If you’re being honest with yourself and know that “I haven’t got time” has been the narrative for too long, this is a simple way to change direction without overhauling your life.

You’ve still got all of this week to join and start.

And even if you do nothing else this January, moving better for a few minutes a day is a strong place to begin.

See you on the inside.

Ollie.
