Chiropractic appointment yesterday afternoon with Rick Carr-Hyde at:-

As normal the conversation continued about the benefits that a bite plate would do to my performance due to my poor jam alignment which has a huge impact of my posterior chain. Rick also works in Milan, Italy with some top professional sports men and women who have benefited from the plate. Just need to raise £1000 now unless I can find a sponsor willing to pay.
Went out with a few friends last night to a quite local pub. Had a few pints and re found my darts form with an hour at the oche. Not played in a year or so and was pleased to get my eye in (ish!) and hold my own against a mate who is pretty handy. Got home later than I would have wanted and had a pretty restless sleep but had a nice evening out with Mrs O. Not a regular drinker these days but that will be the last drink I have now until post Worlds.
A quite morning then out to the garage mid afternoon for training – business as normal.
A pleasant enough session that provides no problems. Mid distance intervals with a low hr and rate cap. A 3.5k warm up then into the piece. As usual bled the pace off as required to stay in the hr zone, not concerned about pace just concentrated on form, rate and hr (and on which album to play out of my ever boring over used list – still need new ones). Just a 6 minute cool down today.
A rest day is on the horizon, just one more piece to push on with tomorrow. The metres have stacked up well over the past week or so and I am feeling a return of form looming in a few weeks time ready for the Boston peak.
The tides have turned – at last.
