Health, Wellbeing and Performance Support for Leadership Teams and Organisations
Supporting healthier people, stronger leaders and more sustainable organisational performance.
Warrior Wellness Movement helps organisations improve health, wellbeing, resilience and performance through structured interventions, leadership development and long-term health and performance programmes.
Our belief is simple:
Health Creates Capacity. Capacity Drives Performance.
When health declines, capacity declines.
When capacity declines, performance eventually follows.
For individuals, this can affect wellbeing, engagement and quality of life.
For organisations, it can influence leadership effectiveness, decision making, productivity, culture, retention and long-term performance.
THE CHALLENGE FACING MODERN ORGANISATIONS
Every organisation relies on people to perform.
Yet many leadership teams operate under sustained pressure for months or years at a time.
Long hours.
High workloads.
Constant decision making.
Competing priorities.
Increasing complexity.
Over time, this can affect energy, recovery, resilience, wellbeing and performance.
The impact is often gradual.
Reduced capacity.
Increased stress.
Poorer recovery.
Lower engagement.
Greater performance variability.
Many organisations invest in wellbeing initiatives.
Few address the underlying factors influencing long-term health, wellbeing and performance.
That is where Warrior Wellness Movement helps.
Employee Health and Performance Programme (EHPP)
The Employee Health & Performance Programme provides a structured framework for organisations seeking to improve wellbeing, resilience, leadership effectiveness and long-term performance.
The programme combines education, measurement, leadership engagement and individual support to create sustainable improvements across the organisation.
A facilitated leadership intervention designed to identify key performance risks, opportunities and priorities.
The SPRI establishes leadership understanding and creates alignment around the factors influencing health, wellbeing and organisational performance.
Creating objective visibility of health, wellbeing and performance across leadership teams and employee cohorts.
The data helps identify trends, strengths, opportunities and emerging risks that may otherwise remain hidden.
Structured education delivered throughout the year covering health, nutrition, resilience, recovery and sustainable performance.
Designed to increase awareness, improve decision making and support positive behavioural change.
Targeted one-to-one support for individuals requiring deeper intervention.
Providing specialist support across health, nutrition, resilience and performance.
Regular reporting and performance reviews help organisations monitor progress, identify emerging challenges and demonstrate impact over time.
OUR ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE FRAMEWORK
Our approach is built around four interconnected pillars that influence both individual wellbeing and organisational performance.
Supporting health, fitness, recovery and long-term physical capacity.
Improving energy, recovery, cognitive performance and overall wellbeing through better nutrition.
Helping individuals and teams better manage pressure whilst maintaining sustainable performance.
Developing leadership awareness, behaviours and environments that support long-term performance and wellbeing.
Together, these pillars provide a practical framework for improving both individual outcomes and organisational performance.
Measurement, Insight and ROI
Many organisations measure outcomes, few measure the factors that influence those outcomes.
Our approach helps organisations create visibility across areas including:
Health and wellbeing
Energy
Recovery
Stress
Leadership capacity
Workforce engagement
Emerging performance risks
This data provides meaningful insight that can support:
Better decision making
Improved wellbeing
Reduced absence
Greater engagement
Stronger leadership effectiveness
More sustainable organisational performance
The objective is not simply to collect data.
The objective is to create actionable insight that supports healthier people and stronger organisational outcomes.

How We Work With Organisations
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Understanding your organisation, challenges, objectives and priorities.
Step 2: Strategic Performance Risk Intervention
A facilitated leadership session designed to identify key risks, opportunities and areas of focus.
Step 3: Leadership Health & Performance Baseline
Creating objective visibility of health, wellbeing and performance through VivaScore measurement and reporting.
Step 4: Employee Health & Performance Programme
Ongoing support through workshops, webinars, individual interventions and performance tracking.
Additional Leadership Sessions
Not every organisation is ready for a full Strategic Performance Risk Intervention.
Some leadership teams are looking for an introduction to the concepts of health, wellbeing, capacity and performance before considering a broader programme of support.
For these organisations, Warrior Wellness Movement delivers leadership sessions designed to challenge thinking, stimulate discussion and create greater awareness of the relationship between health and sustainable performance.
The High Performance Operator
Health Creates Capacity. Capacity Drives Performance.
The High Performance Operator is a practical and thought-provoking leadership session exploring the often-overlooked relationship between health, wellbeing and performance.
Designed for professionals operating under pressure, the session challenges common assumptions around performance and highlights the hidden impact that unmanaged health can have on energy, resilience, decision making, leadership effectiveness and overall quality of life.
Drawing upon lessons from elite sport, military service, rehabilitation, leadership and real-world experience, the session provides attendees with a simple but powerful framework for understanding how health influences capacity and how capacity ultimately influences performance.
Attendees leave with a clearer understanding of:
The relationship between health, capacity and performance
The hidden cost of operating under sustained pressure
Why high performers often overlook their own health
The warning signs of declining capacity
Practical strategies to improve health, wellbeing and performance
How leaders can better support themselves and their teams
Suitable for:
Leadership teams
Executive teams
Conferences and events
Team development days
Professional services firms
Small and medium-sized businesses
Organisations seeking an introduction to health and performance
For some organisations, The High Performance Operator acts as a standalone leadership session.
For others, it becomes the starting point for a broader conversation around leadership health, organisational wellbeing and long-term performance.
During my time as Commanding Officer of HMS RALEIGH, one of the standout events in the Gyroscope Series (CPD) at HMS Raleigh was ‘Unbreakable’ which was co-delivered by Ollie Osborne of Warrior Wellness Movement. His presentation challenged us to think differently about resilience, not as an innate quality, but as a capability that can be deliberately developed through the choices we make every day.
Drawing on his experience, Ollie explored the inseparable relationship between health, wellbeing and high performance, demonstrating how physical fitness, nutrition, recovery and mental resilience combine to enhance decision-making, leadership and operational effectiveness. His message reinforced that peak performance is built on consistent habits and an understanding that looking after ourselves is fundamental to looking after others.
What made the event particularly powerful was the diversity of perspectives across the event. Sharing the stage with distinguished veterans, leading academics and Olympic athletes, Ollie contributed to a rich learning environment where military experience, elite sport and academic insight came together. This blend of expertise encouraged challenge, reflection and discussion, ensuring that attendees left not only inspired, but equipped with practical ideas to improve both their personal resilience and professional performance.

Why Warrior Wellness Movement?
We are not a wellbeing provider delivering one-off initiatives.
We are not a leadership consultancy operating independently of health.
And we are not a fitness company attempting to solve organisational challenges.
Warrior Wellness Movement exists at the intersection of health, wellbeing and performance.
We help organisations better understand the relationship between health, capacity and performance, then provide the structure, expertise and support required to create meaningful and sustainable improvements.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise across health, nutrition, resilience, leadership and performance to support organisations seeking a more comprehensive approach to long-term success.
Organisations We Have Supported
Supporting leadership teams, delivering workshops and contributing to health, wellbeing and performance conversations across a range of organisations.
Through the teams coaching, I learned how to reset my physiology, rebuild my confidence, and reclaim my edge, not by pushing harder, but by becoming more intentional. I didn’t just improve my fitness or energy. I became a more present leader, a more resilient thinker, and a healthier, sharper. My entire executive team went on that journey with me. We’re now performing at a level I didn’t think was possible, not just in the boardroom, but in life. The upgrade you didn’t know you needed.

We’ve been working with Ollie and the team since autumn 2025 on a new initiative for our team and it has been an incredibly positive experience. From the outset, Ollie gave us the time and space to explore what would work best for us as a small team, rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach. As a result, we now have something that feels genuinely tailored to our team and our needs.
We’ve just completed our third workshop and it was the best one yet. The sessions give us valuable time away from the day-to-day pressures of work to come together and focus on key areas that support both our personal and professional development. The atmosphere is always informative yet relaxed and having that regular opportunity to step back, reflect and reconnect as a team has been hugely beneficial.

Ollie Osborne delivered The High Performance Operator – a highly impactful talk for Frontier Risks to a largely military veteran SRMC cohort. He clearly articulated the link between health, resilience and performance, emphasising that long-term success is built through structure and recovery, not just intensity! The session was practical, relevant and strongly resonated with the audience. Highly recommended!
