A very quick blog today.
A steady away 15km this morning done as 3x5km with 1.30 rest. Usual stuff rate 18 ave/500m 1.55.1, 70% HRR.
Then developments on my new sponsor as I spent the day in Bournemouth discussing plans and getting various testing done.
